We undertake major renovations of residential and commercial properties: full house renovation, extensions, and conversions and also staircase renovation, bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation, custom handmade cabinets and custom handmade wall panelling.
Each project requires the same close supervision, large or small. This results in a certain amount of fixed overhead, so it is simply not economical for us to work on any project whose value is below £15,000. We have the expertise, experience, resources and project management to undertake any residential or commercial property renovation up to £1 mil. Our largest project was the interior design, build and project management of a commercial building/factory, which was in the region of £500k plus.
Unfortunately, the answer is no. Our service is a design to completion service. We design, build and project manage. We carry out decoration work only as part of the renovation or refurbishment projects we are working on.

Upon our initial meeting, you will be provided with an estimate for the labour and building materials (excluding products: tiles/flooring and fittings and fixtures as these are dependent on your personal preference).
Upon the approval of the first estimate, we will require the payment of a deposit. This will enable us to book your project for a commencement date and secure your project. The deposit paid will be taken off from the final invoice.
Some clients prefer to source the products themselves. Alternatively, we can recommend suppliers/retailers according to the style of your project. Either way works for us.
